Biddle Law typically operates on a fixed-fee basis. Please note that the fees quoted below may be revised upward if you ask us to undertake substantial additional work, such as preparing additional trusts or sub trusts or substantially redrafting the documents you receive based on stylistic or aesthetic preferences.
After your initial FREE 15 minute consultation, you and Alex will assess whether or not more information is needed. If more information is needed, an extended consultation fee will be charged at $300 for one hour. This $300 will be deducted from your total fees if and when you become a client.
Please note that the prices below reflect a discount for cash payments or checks; payment by credit card will result in slightly higher rates.
Complete Living Trust Package
In my office during the day, Monday through Friday:
Couple: ranges from $2,500 – $5,000
Single: $2,000 and up
Complete Living Trust Package
In your home or coffee shop convenient to you within San Mateo County, day or evening, workweek or weekend:
Couple: $3,500 – $6,000
Single: $3,000 and up
In drawing up a living trust, we will also prepare pour-over wills, durable powers of attorney for property management, advance health care directives, and HIPPA health care forms.
The price includes the transfer of one piece of real property into the trust. Biddle Law does ask, however, that you pay for the recording fees required by the county, which can range from $50 – $100 dollars per property. Biddle Law will transfer additional real property at an hourly rate.
Funding Your Trust: I will help you transfer your assets into the trust. You will need to obtain the paperwork from your financial institutions and have it available for our second meeting.
